Acclaim Tech Solutions LLC is committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and a positive experience. In the event that a return is unavoidable, Acclaim Tech Solutions is pleased to extend return policies on selected items as offered by our vendor partners.
Acclaim Tech Solutions will not be responsible for any of our vendor partners’ refusal to accept products for return for any reason. Our current supported return requests via eRMA include defective product (DOA) or stock balance in factory sealed, resalable condition. Software is not returnable if the original manufacturer packaging has been opened.
For software received electronically, there is no shipping fee required.
Also, software returns will not be granted if the licenses have been installed, activated and/or downloaded. Any products received damaged should be reported to Acclaim Tech Solutions LLC, within 24 hours of receipt.
The customer is responsible for all warehouse service related charges, shipping charges (originating and returning), and insurance on all return shipments unless it’s due to an Acclaim Tech Solutions LLC/supplier error.
Tax Information
Products ordered from Acclaim Tech Solutions LLC may be subject to tax in certain states, based upon the state the product is shipped to. If a product is subject to sales tax, in accordance with its state tax laws, the tax is typically calculated on the total selling price of each individual product, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts.
